First up, the good news.
We'll finally get to see the starting ILB corps in game action. Manti Te'o and Donald Butler were full participants in practice this week and are listed as Probable for the game; they'll start. After missing the game against the Titans, D.J. Fluker will start against the Cowboys; that applauding you hear is coming from Ryan Mathews and the rest of the Chargers Running Backs.
Now the bad news.
Even though the Chargers get D.J. Fluker back, it's not looking good for the rest of the Chargers Offensive Line. Every single starter along the Offensive Line is dealing with an injury of some sort.
Jeromey Clary, King Dunlap and Chad Rinehart all did not practice at all this week. Clary and Rinehart are listed as Doubtful, so I wouldn't expect them to play. King Dunlap is listed "only" as Questionable, so he could still play. The Chargers OL already had their work cut out for themselves — the Dallas Cowboys have 13 sacks on the season so far, that's an average of over 4 a game — but now that they're all banged up, it'll be a miracle if Philip Rivers comes out of the game alive.

The Cowboys' injury report looks much more favorable for the Cowboys than it does for the Chargers.
The Chargers do get a break in that Miles Austin will not be playing. Other than that ... sigh. Dwayne Harris is questionable, but he hasn't been a huge piece of the Cowboys offense this year. DeMarcus Ware, while dealing with a neck injury, is listed as probable.
San Diego already had a difficult road ahead of them on Sunday, the injuries won't be doing them any favors.
