San Diego Chargers Inactives vs. Oakland Raiders

Two starters will be inactive for the Chargers tonight, with Brandon Taylor and Kwame Geathers also being inactive against the Raiders.

Here's the list of the San Diego Chargers' eight inactive players that won't be asked to suit up tonight against the Oakland Raiders.

  • Brad Sorensen
  • Brandon Taylor
  • Lavelle Hawkins
  • Tourek Williams
  • King Dunlap
  • Chad Rinehart
  • Kwame Geathers

We knew that Dunlap and Rinehart were probably going to miss the game, and Sorensen is going to be inactive every week, but it's sad to see Brandon Taylor continue to rot on the sidelines when we saw in the preseason that his knee is healthy enough to play. It's also odd that Geathers, who has been terrible but is seemingly the team's only Nose Tackle besides Cam Thomas, is a healthy scratch.

Tourek Williams being inactive means that Thomas Keiser, signed from the practice squad this week, jumped ahead of him on the depth chart.
