NFL Week 3 Game Picks as the Charges visit the Vikings

Good morning Bolts From the Blue! Welcome to another Sunday, where we’re treated to a morning (or afternoon, for our east coast members) matchup as the Chargers face off against the Vikings.

According to DraftKings Sportsbook, the Chargers and Vikings game should be one of the closest contests, with the Vikings listed as only 1-point favorites. Only the Packers and Saints game have a similar 1-point differential, but their game is projected to be a relatively low scoring affair, with their over/under set at 42 points while ours leads the week at 54 points.

An interesting underdog pick this week might be the Colts, led by Gardner Minshew, taking on the Ravens with a +300 payout on the moneyline. The Ravens are without Ronnie Stanley, Tyler Linderbaum, Odell Beckham Jr., Justice Hill, and Odafe Oweh, and previously lost J.K. Dobbins to torn Achilles tendon. If the Colts can be opportunistic and take care of the football, this could be a chance for Minshew to step up and show once again he’s a very capable backup quarterback.
