The Chargers are fresh off a 6-0 win over the New England Patriots in what had to have been one of the most un-entertaining games in recent memory. It was a rainy and soggy contest from start to finish as yards and points came at a premium.

With a 5-7 record and five games remaining on the schedule, the Chargers will now look to go on a bit of a run to have a shot at making this year’s playoffs. That run will have to include a win over the Broncos at home next weekend, a game in which the Bolts have opened as a three-point favorite, according to DraftKings Sportsbook.

The Broncos are leaving Week 13 on the other side of the spectrum as they just had their five-game winning streak ended by the Houston Texans in an otherwise close and entertaining game.

The Chargers are currently third in the division behind the Broncos and a win next weekend would immediately leap-frog them into second place behind the Chiefs.
