The Chargers have their second turnover of Week 16 as Alohi Gilman picks off Josh Allen on a deep shot in the third quarter.
The Buffalo Bills’ quarterback, Josh Allen, has been held to just 124 yards on the day so far with 57 of those coming on a single deep shot to Gabriel Davis for their first touchdown of the day. He tried to repeat those antics on the cross field throw to his favorite target Stefon Diggs who had separation from Alohi however the Chargers’ safety judged the flight of the ball perfectly turning and going to full extension to snag this ball away from a very frustrated Diggs.
The Bolts are playing lights out on all three phases so far under Giff Smith’s guidance including limiting this explosive Bills’ offense to 201 yards mid way through the third quarter. Derrick Ansley’s first game calling plays has been impressive with a much more complete looking defense so far.
