Welcome back to another round of SB Nation Reacts, brought to you by DraftKings Sportsbook!

This is the first edition since the Chargers made sweeping changes to the franchise by firing head coach Brandon Staley and general manager Tom Telesco.

Did those moves cause a powerful reaction within the fan base? Let’s take a look to find out.

According to our latest poll, now 51 percent of those surveyed say they are confident in the direction of the tea. That’s now the highest mark that we’ve recorded this entire season! It looks like all the fan base needed was a strong commitment to a different direction in order to breathe some life back into their following.

For the first of our three weekly question, we asked you all to tell us who you thought was the best coach hired underneath Tom Telesco during his decade-plus at the helm. With an overwhelming 68 percent of the vote, our participants believe Anthony Lynn was the best coach hired by Telesco. Mike McCoy was second with 17 percent of the vote while Staley came in at 15 percent.

Our next question asked you all to guess how many coordinators would be retained through the next head coach hire. With 48 percent of the vote, our fans believe only one will remain in LA (and one could assume that person would be offensive coordinator Kellen Moore).

Lastly, we asked you all to take a swing at which position would be hired first: the next general manager or the next head coach. It was close, but 51 percent of the vote went to general manager. Will this be the order of events? Only time will tell!
