Chargers-Bills Final Injury Report: Joey Bosa practice window activated, Keenan Allen OUT

The Chargers will once again be without Keenan Allen as they take on the Bills in primetime on Saturday night.

Ahead of the Chargers posting their final injury report of Week 16, the team announced that they’re activating the 21-day practice window for edge rusher Joey Bosa. With only three games remaining in the regular season with no playoffs hopes in site, I’d be surprised to see Bosa play again in 2023.

As for the injury report, both Bosa and wideout Keenan Allen have been designated as OUT for this week’s matchup with the Bills. Allen missed last week’s game against the Raiders with a heel injury and it seems like that heel injury is continuing to keep him sidelined.

Deane Leonard has been out for over a month now and he remains doubtful this week. Linebacker and core special teamer Tanner Muse joins Leonard as doubtful for Saturday.

Cornerback Essang Bassey, tight end Nick Vannett, and defensive tackle Nick Williams are all questionable. If Williams cannot go, expect rookie Scott Matlock to be active once more.
