Chargers fans once again must take the team’s first injury report of the week with a grain of salt.
On Wednesday, names like Joey Bosa, Austin Ekeler, Derwin James, and Matt Feiler were present. However, while Feiler and Ekeler were still full participants in practice, Bosa and James — the team’s top defender — did not participate at all.
But before you start freaking out, take a step back and R.E.L.A.X. We’ve been through this for two weeks already. Brandon Staley is more than willing to rest his best players for the sake of caution and that’s exactly what this is. The only name to worry about is Chris Harris Jr. whom Staley said he wasn’t sure whether or not will practice this week. Other than him, expect most of, if not, all of these players to find their way onto the practice field before Sunday.
