While the injury report for Wednesday and Thursday’s practices were a bit larger than we saw in week one, the final injury report of the week is fortunately just three names. However, each of the players listed holds a starting position.
Ahead of Sunday’s bout with the Cowboys, safety Nasir Adderley currently holds a “questionable” designation stemming from a groin injury that kept him from practicing in full all week.
Defensive tackle Justin Jones is currently “doubtful” for Sunday after failing to practice at all this week. He’s dealing with a calf injury.
Finally, the Chargers will be without Chris Harris Jr. who is rehabbing a shoulder injury he sustained against Washington. The team will also be without right tackle Bryan Bulaga who was placed on injured reserve earlier today.
In Harris’ place, expect to see rookie Asante Samuel Jr. play a bit more in the slot while Tevaughn Campbell sees an increase in snaps, as well.
