NFL: Los Angeles Chargers OTA Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

A new coaching staff for the Chargers has brought a ton of excitement. It also brings with it a ton of potential and even more expectations. We’re all going to immediately believe each and every one of the new coaches is going to immediately upgrade their position, but that’s just not possible.

Today, I want to hear all of your thoughts on which new position coach will have the greatest impact on their players.

Will Frank Smith take that new-and-improved offensive line and turn it into something even greater? Will Derrick Foster — who saw plenty of success at Iowa — turn Austin Ekeler and Justin Jackson into a bonafide one-two punch? What about Derrick Ansley and the secondary? Can he restore the “Jack Boyz” name to a place that garners intimidation and respect? I surely hope so in regards to all of this.

But now I’ll throw it to all of you, which coach will earn their paycheck and then some in 2021?

And now for today’s links.
