Monday was the start of organized team activities for the Chargers and despite a number of veterans not attending, it was still a phenomenal sight to see the likes of Derwin James running around on the field having a blast. Makes you go crazy thinking he has barely seen the field over the past two seasons.
It was also a welcomed sight to see the rookies in action while working alongside the veterans in attendance. Josh Palmer got to work with Keenan Allen and Mike Williams while Asante Samuel Jr. got to start learning from Michael Davis.
Seeing Justin Herbert with his long hair back is almost a bit unbelievable given that it seems to have grown at an insane speed.
I highly advise checking out the photos from OTAs that I have linked below. There’s some nice shots of the team working in base defense that I think many will find interesting.
Other than that, please feel free to use this as an open discussion thread to discuss anything and all things Chargers!
Have a happy Tuesday, everyone.
