The Chargers are among 19 NFL teams that will commence their 2021 OTAs today. How many players actually attend still remains to be seen as most of the players have decided to stick together in solidarity by not showing up to voluntary offseason workouts. Earlier earlier this month, numerous teams put out statements through the NFLPA announcing their intentions ahead of this week’s schedule.
Should players attend, it will be the first time that veterans will be able to hit the field this offseason with their coaches.
A total of 19 NFL teams kick off their OTAs today, with the remainder starting tomorrow. These sessions are voluntary and teams can hold a maximum of 10 total.

The Chargers will also be making head coach Brandon Staley and offensive line coach Frank Smith available to the media later today at 1 p.m., along with several players.
