The Chargers went out on Monday and put their money where their mouth was by singing one of the best free agent offensive lineman and retaining one of the best and brightest players at a position of need.
The addition of center Corey Linsley cannot be understated. He’ll hopefully be in Los Angeles for the remainder of Justin Herbert’s rookie contract as the team continues to capitalize on their stud quarterback.
Davis returning is also huge. It keeps the Chargers from feeling like they need to grab a corner in the first round this year. Now, it’s still offensive line or bust.
