The Chargers did the thing.
Tristan Vizcaino is out as the team’s kicker following a league-high five missed extra points this season and former Washington Football Teamer Dustin Hopkins is in. Thankfully, the Chargers decided to not wait out the season to see if their young kicker
Hopkins has never missed more than three extra points in a season since the 2015 season and was on pace to finish the year with a 85.7 percent field goal conversion rate, the second-highest of his career.
This morning, I simply want to know: How do you all feel about this move at kicker?
Are you absolutely stoked? Are you reserving your optimism for when he actually starts kicking? Are you going to keep assuming all those who kick for the Chargers are doomed to fail?
Either way, no one can tell you you’re reacting the wrong way.
And now for today’s links.
