On Monday afternoon, the Chargers officially announced that the team has come to terms with all three of their new coordinators: Joe Lombardi as offensive coordinator, Renaldo Hill as defensive coordinator, and Derius Swinton II as special teams coordinator.

Each coordinator has at least one personal tie to Brandon Staley which only hammers home the sentiment that relationships are a really big deal for the Chargers’ newest head coach.

With a huge offseason event taking place this week in the Reese’s Senior Bowl, the coaching has been solidified just in time for college football’s top all-star showcase.
