Happy New Years, everyone!

On final game. One final go-round for Justin Herbert and company before we immerse ourselves in the 2021 draft season.

As we all expected, Andy Reid and the Chiefs will not play either Patrick Mahomes (rest) or Tyreek Hill (hamstring) in Week 17. More than likely, that won’t be all of the KC starters who will take a day off against the Chargers. We will have to wait and see if All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce will play or either of their defensive stars in defensive tackle Chris Jones and defensive end Frank Clark.

The Chargers will also be without quite a few of their offensive and defensive starts, as well. Joey Bosa, Casey Hayward, and Rayshawn Jenkins are all out for Sunday according to the final injury report. Offensively, the Bolts will be without Bryan Bulaga and possible Sam Tevi, who is listed as questionable.

In today’s pod, we talk about all of that, the records left for Herbert to break in Week 17, and whether or not the team ending the season on a four-game win-streak will be enough to save Anthony Lynn’s job in 2021.

Enjoy!
