Update: Tyrod Taylor was officially called OUT for today’s game
In a surprise twist in Sunday’s game, rookie quarterback Justin Herbert started the game for the Chargers with Tyrod Taylor coming out of the locker room after kickoff.
It was soon reported that Taylor suffered a chest injury and he is reportedly questionable to play today.

The Chargers may not need him as Herbert capped off the first drive of the game with a four-yard touchdown run, his first as a professional.
