Game one inactives have been announced and it’s not looking any better for the Chargers’ offensive line. After we all knew starting center Mike Pouncey was going to miss today’s contest, right guard Trai Turner is also going to be sidelined with a lower-body injury that he sustained in the same scrimmage that Derwin James sustained his injury in.
So the Bolts will be without two of their expected five starting offensive linemen in their first game of the year. In Pouncey’s place, expect Dan Feeney to move inside while Forrest Lamp starts at left guard. In Turner’s stead, expect Tyree St. Louis as he was named specifically by Anthony Lynn earlier this week. Third-year lineman Scott Quessenberry is also an option.

Your other inactives include wide receiver Jason Moore, cornerback Tevaughn Campbell, right tackle Storm Norton, tight end Donald Parham, and defensive tackle Cortez Broughton. Moore’s inactive status also reinforces that Mike Williams will not just suit up, but he’ll be playing his fair share of snaps in this one.
