Not too long after the Arizona Cardinals signed former LA Chargers wide receiver Andre Patton, they also scooped up offensive tackle Koda Martin. Martin, a former undrafted free agent in 2019, was also cut alongside Patton to bring the Bolts’ roster to 80.
The Cardinals signed G Koda Martin, according to the NFL transaction wire.

Martin was an interesting developmental player for the Chargers after being signed out of Syracuse. He had started every game at right tackle for the Orange in 2018 after grad-transferring from Texas A&M. While at A&M, Martin registered the majority of his starts at left tackle and even began one game at tight end.
It was Martin’s versatility that likely made him an attractive stash on the practice squad but he has been dealing with some nagging injuries since coming into the NFL, so his release wasn’t all that surprising.
