According to Bryan DeArdo of CBS Sports, rookie quarterback Justin Herbert has one of the top-selling jerseys among all NFL players. According to DeArdo’s report, Herbert is ranked 12th in total sales, joining Tua Tagovailoa, Joe Burrow, CeeDee lamb, and Jerry Jeudy as the only rookies to crack the top-20 players in sales. Among the top-10 selling jerseys, Tua has the two most popular jerseys, with the aqua blue edging out the white.
Tua Tagovailoa has the NFL’s highest-selling jerseys (#1 and #2) since the NFL Draft over Tom Brady and Joe Burrow. Another sign of the star power coming to Miami with Tagovailoa, who just inked his rookie deal.— Cameron Wolfe (@CameronWolfe) May 11, 2020
Tom Brady has five of the top ten spots with everyone scrambling to grab at least one color combination before they’re out of stock. His teammate, tight end Rob Gronkowski, has the seventh and ninth-best selling jerseys while this year’s No. 1 overall pick Joe Burrow comes in with the eighth-highest selling jersey.
Unfortunately, fellow teammate and Chargers first rounder Kenneth Murray did not break the top-40 for uniform sales.
