The Los Angeles Chargers have selected Oklahoma linebacker Kenneth Murray with the 23rd pick in the NFL draft.
The 6’2, 241-pound Murray comes to the Chargers following a junior season that saw him earn Third-Team AP All-American honors with 102 tackles, 17 tackles-for-loss, and four sacks. As a sophomore in 2018, he was third in the FBS with 155 tackles to go along with 12.5 tackles-for-loss and four sacks, which earned him Second-Team All-Conference honors in the Big 12.
At the NFL Combine back in February, Murray ran a speedy 4.52 forty before leaping 38 inches in the vertical and 10’9 in the broad jump.
