Today is the day we’ve all been waiting for.

No, it’s not day one of the 2020 NFL Draft, but it might be just as important.

This morning, at 6:45 a.m. PT, Joey Bosa will be making an appearance on Good Morning Football over on the NFL Network to unveil the Chargers new uniforms for the 2020 NFL season.

Speculation on what the uniforms will look like center around the team finally committing to powder blue as the team’s primary color and completely eliminating navy from their logo and entire color scheme. The expectation is they have incorporated the powder blue into an away jersey and my hope is that the design is similar to the Bolts’ AFL 50th Anniversary threads. There’s also chance for the team to bring the numbers on the helmets back to really let themselves stand out from the rest of the NFL.

With the loss of navy from their primary colors, some think the team’s color rush jerseys will now be the navy-on-navy combination instead of the royal. Personally, I don’t know which one I would prefer. The royal blue has been one of the best color rush uniforms in the entire league and you never want to fix something that isn’t broken.

Alas, we will finally see it all incredibly soon!
