The Chargers have seven picks in this year’s draft and each one needs to be carefully thought out ahead of time. Quarterback and offensive tackle need to be taken in the first two picks, however, if the team passes on QB in the first, I wouldn’t care if they went the rest of the draft without grabbing one.

Day two and three could be filled with depth at a variety of positions: linebacker, a third wide receiver, a big and powerful running back, and another outside corner are all in play to be drafted after the first round.

In the first episode of Chargers LAtely, my newest podcast for SB Nation, I dive into the biggest needs that the Chargers will be looking to fill. Each position has the “first choices” that I would personally target and then goes into “secondary options” should they pass on that position for a later time.

This podcast was created in less than 48 hours so we can only go up from here! I hope you guys enjoy!
