NFL cancels all in-person meetings with draft prospects

All prospect meetings will have to take place over video calls

The NFL officially put an end to all scheduled meetings and visits with NFL draft prospects, either at the players’ school or at the club facilities.

Obviously we all saw this coming and it was just a matter of time. For the foreseeable future, all meetings between prospects and teams will have to be done over Skype, Facetime, or another video platform.

At this rate, it’s getting more and more likely that the 2020 NFL Draft may be postponed, canceled, or just held over the internet in the same manner that the XFL held their draft. As of today, MGM Resorts shut down all of their day and night clubs going forward, so chances are there will be a domino effect leading up to the draft.
