Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Each week, we send out questions to the most plugged in Chargers fans, and fans across the country. Sign up here to join Reacts.
Less than a week after their recent loss to the Buffalo Bills, the fan base for the Chargers saw a slight downturn in confidence in the team moving forward.
According to the most recent SB Nation Reacts survey, only 20 percent of Chargers fans said they are confident the team is headed in the right direction. That’s down from 22 percent a week ago. Not too bad after a game that probably led the the largest downturn in confidence within the coaching staff.

This week, the Chargers have another difficult test against the Patriots. Fans nationally have picked New England to win that game.
Nationally, fans were asked what they thought about teams around the AFC. Fans voted that the Titans and Bills are true playoff contenders. A majority of fans, however, think the Dolphins, Browns, Ravens, and Colts are all “pretenders.”
All of those teams, however, have a better record than anyone in the NFC East. When fans nationally were asked who they think will come out of that division, 57 percent picked the Washington Football Team. But who even knows at this point. That division is a dumpster fire among dumpster fires.
