Isn’t this just the weirdest thing? Not only is there an NFL game on a Wednesday, but it’s also scheduled for 2:40pm ET. Like...what?
For those of you on the west coast, you’ve barely made it past your lunch break and there’s an actual football game that matters on television.
For me, this is pretty cool since I work from home, and hopefully most of you are, as well.
Today’s game pits a very limited Ravens team against the undefeated Steelers in what could be a huge blowout. Baltimore is without 2019 MVP Lamar Jackson due to him being placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list last week and fellow former Heisman Trophy winner Robert Griffin III will start in his place. To make matters worse for their offense, they’ll also be without their top-two running backs in Mark Ingram and J.K. Dobbins while starting tight end Mark Anders is also on the COVID-19 list.
It may not be high-quality football, but it’s football, nonetheless!
Enjoy the game and feel free to discuss the game below!
