The Chargers are heading into their third divisional matchup of the year and their first against the Las Vegas Raiders. Despite the Raider’s better 4-3 record, they actually have a worse point differential than the Bolts as of Week 9 (-16 vs. -6). It just continues to paint this frustrating picture of the Chargers losing every single game by a miniscule amount of points.

As of Friday morning, it looks like the Chargers will be without Joey Bosa this week but also look to get back Trai Turner for the first time in over a month. So while the offensive line gets a boost, the pass rush will be less than 100%.

If last week’s game was a “must-win” then I’m not sure what you call this game. In all honesty, if the Bolts don’t win this weekend and get a win in the division, I think the season is officially lost. Any hope of a postseason will effectively disappear and it’ll be time to turn part of our attention to the draft.

Also, if the Chargers go winless in the division again, I don’t know how serious changes aren’t going to be made.

Feel free to use this post as a discussion area to post your predictions for this week’s game.
