The Chargers released their inactives for Sunday’s game against the Denver Broncos and there aren’t too many surprises.
Today’s inactives include:
- Quarterback Tyrod Taylor
- Defensive back Desmond King
- Offensive guard Trai Turner
- Offensive tackle Storm Norton
- Wide receiver Tyron Johnson
- Defensive Tackle Cortez Broughton
The biggest positive to take away from this list is that starting right tackle Bryan Bulaga looks to be returning to the lineup just in time for this divisional matchup. With right guard Trai Turner missing another week, and his backup Ryan Groy now on IR, expect Tyree St. Louis to start in his place.
With Johnson inactive, that means rookie receiver K.J. Hill is healthy from his recent injury and fellow rookie wideout Joe Reed is also active as the team’s starting kick returner.
Finally, the likes of Norton and Broughton being inactive should be no surprise with the return of both Bulaga this week and Justin Jones last week along the interior of the defensive line.
