The Chargers finally notched their second win of the season after four excruciating weeks of blown losses and lost opportunity.
HOORAY!
At 2-4, it’s understandable that the Chargers can’t rise all that much, but moving up one spot is better than none at all. Per ESPN’s latest round of power rankings, the Bolts move up to #20, getting some needed help from the Dallas Cowboys who plummeted five spots after their blowout loss to the Washington Football Team.
As of now, they sit one spot above the 2-4-1 Eagles and one spot behind the 3-3 Dolphins.
A win over the Denver Broncos would mean a lot more to the Chargers in the grand scheme of things this season than it would for their power ranking placement, but why not make sure both get a boost with a W?
The Broncos are coming off an old fashioned tail-whipping by the Chiefs and the Chargers need to make sure they don’t regain any sort of confidence this Sunday.
