ESPN’s crew of fantasy football experts all have Austin Ekeler in their top-eight running backs this week. His cumulative average ranks him as the 6th-best RB, as well, so if you have him, you’re starting him.

Whether the Chargers do well, or not-so-well, Ekeler will be right in the middle of the game script. Chances are very high he’ll exceed 20-25 touches, especially if they’re down early. Herbert, like Rivers, loves going to Ekeler to keep drives alive and bank on his ability to gain yards after the catch.

As I posted earlier this week, fade Joshua Kelley. Justin Jackson is back and the Bucs allow under 3.0 YPC to opposing backs this year. If the Chargers want to win this one, it’s probably going to come through the air.

Now for today’s links.
