Early on Sunday morning, the NFL pulled the trigger on postponing Monday’s matchup between the Denver Broncos and New England Patriots due to another member of the Patriots organization testing positive for the coronavirus. That game had originally been part of the Week 5 Sunday lineup.
But with that postponement came an avalanche of scheduling changes, including a number of changes involving the Bolts.
Below is the new schedule for the rest of the regular season:

The most notable change you may notice is that the Chargers’ bye week has been pushed up to next week, so instead of facing the New York Jets, they’ll be off. The Jets game will now be played in Week 11 while the original Week 11 matchup with the Broncos will now be played in Week 8.
The final changes include the original Week 8 game against the Jaguars will now be right after the bye and the Week 7 contest against the Dolphins is now in Week 10.
Were you able to follow all of that? Yes? Good, because I couldn’t for a few minutes when the changes were first announced.
So with that, prepare for an earlier-than-expected off week and let’s hope it’s exactly what the team needs to get healthy for what will be a longer stretch to finish the regular season.
