PFF ranks all 32 pass-rush units ahead of the 2019 NFL season - Michael Renner
The Ingram-Bosa combo didn’t figure to be falling out of the top-10 anytime soon, but now that they’ve added Jerry Tillery to the mix, it could take them to the next level. Tillery earned the highest pass-rushing grade on stunts among interior defenders in college football.
17 matchups we at PFF are excited for in the 2019 NFL season - Ben Linsey
As far as pre-existing history between the two goes, Allen has been targeted 24 times with Harris in primary coverage. On those targets, Allen has brought in 13 catches for 124 yards and two touchdowns for a passer rating when targeted of 79.2. It’s been a fairly even matchup to this point, and it will be interesting to see if it tilts in either player’s direction next season.
Top-10 active wide receiver-quarterback tandems in catchable target percentage - Connor Price
Allen is one of 10 receivers that we project to surpass the 1,000-yard mark in 2019, and he will do so at the hand of Philip Rivers. Even with the second-most catchable targets (572) among this group of duos, Rivers achieved a 79.5% catchable target rate when targeting Allen.
Fantasy football tier tight end rankings for 2019 - Jeff Ratcliffe
We didn’t get to see Henry last season, but he’s poised to be one of the bigger fantasy breakouts of 2019 with his favorable role in the Chargers offense.
NFL Future Power Rankings: Projections for all 32 teams for the next three years - Louis Riddick, Kevin Seifert & Field Yates
If you step back and think about it, the biggest knock on the Chargers' future is the age of Rivers. He'll be 40 when the 2022 season starts, a bit old for anyone beside Brady to be counted on. With no obvious heir on the roster, the Chargers will need to be ready to replace Rivers in the coming years to improve their spot in these otherwise strong ratings.
