NFL: NFL Draft Christopher Hanewinckel-USA TODAY Sports

The first round of the NFL Draft had a handful of surprises and even some downright amusing moments (thanks to the Giants and Raiders for the laughs). Last night also featured the Chargers selecting the most talented interior defensive lineman they have had in a pretty long time.

There are still holes on the roster, but there is still plenty of talent left on the board. Onto day two we go.

Chargers’ day-two picks

Day two of the NFL Draft consists of rounds two and three. The Chargers have only two day-two picks, one in each round.

Here are the picks:

  • Round 2: Pick No. 60 overall
  • Round 3: Pick No. 91 overall

There are seven minutes between picks in round two and five minutes between picks in round three. The Chargers own four more picks on day three (rounds 4-7).
