Denzel Perryman, Chargers Reportedly Agree to 2-Year Contract Extension - Kyle Newport
"Denzel is a starter for a reason," Chargers coach Anthony Lynn told reporters in November after Perryman suffered a season-ending knee injury. "Our rush defense is much better with Denzel in there, so we're going to have to pick it up collectively as a group now."

Chargers Free Agency Preview: Could Tyrell Williams be on his way to Buffalo? - Travis Wakeman
That’s a bit too rich for the Chargers, but with the cap space available, the Bills could give him that kind of contract. What Brown saw as wide receiver purgatory in the cold weather of Buffalo could potentially be Wiliams’ next stop to thrive, or at the very least, get paid.

LB Perryman, Chargers agree to 2-year deal - Eric D. Williams

Chargers defensive end Isaac Rochell finds 'creative outlet' in photography - Eric D. Williams
"This is especially difficult because I don't know much about boxing, so it's hard to even know what to look for," Rochell said, checking his camera. "When you're watching a fight, it's easy to watch it because you're just looking for someone to get knocked out or whatever it may be.

Desmond King produced the best single-game grade by a cornerback in 2018 - Daniel Rymer
Desmond King earned a coverage grade of 91.1 this past regular season, ranking first out of 131 qualifying cornerbacks. He has started his NFL career on fire, earning coverage grades higher than 85.0 in each of his first two seasons. When lined up in the slot in 2018, King allowed an average of just one yard per cover snap, tying for 11th at the position. He also allowed a lowly passer rating of 79.8 in the slot, ranking ninth. Considering King was targeted once every 6.6 cover snaps in the slot – making him the 17th-most targeted slot corner – his dominance is even more impressive.
