The Los Angeles Chargers and Kansas City Chiefs will be kicking off in a little under an hour, and we now know who will not be suiting up for the Bolts. As he has been most of this season, Russell Okung will yet again be little more than a spectator. The veteran offensive tackle (and by far the best offensive lineman on the team) was expected to protect Philip Rivers’ blindside this year, but instead he has found himself sitting on the sideline nearly every week.
Aside from Okung (who we already knew would be inactive), the rest of the inactives list is just as expected. Easton Stick, Jalen Guyton, Jaylen Watkins, Roderic Teamer, Spencer Drango, and Sylvester Williams will all be out during the Chargers’ final game of the 2019 regular season. One could be forgiven for not remembering who half of those players are, and generally speaking, that’s a good sign when you’re talking about the inactives list.
