Tyreek Hill limps off the field and heads to the locker room

On the Chiefs’ first drive of the game, wide receiver Tyreek Hill limped off the field holding his hamstring. After spending some time on the training table, he was escorted to the locker room while Kansas City took the field for their second drive of the game.

UPDATE: Hill is questionable to return.
