The Los Angeles Chargers’ oustanding running back Austin Ekeler had been listed as questionable throughout the week with a groin injury, but Adam Schefter reports via Twitter that he will be active for today’s game against the Baltimore Ravens:

When the Chargers took on the Ravens last time around and came up short they did so without the services of Ekeler. Having played last week in a win against the division rival Denver Broncos, it was expected that he would be good to go this morning, and it now looks like he will be. Ekeler’s ability to break tackles and break off big runs will be a welcome addition to the Chargers offense who struggled mightily against the Ravens defense in week 16 of the NFL regular season. We found out yesterday that they would not be getting their star tight end Hunter Henry back, but today it’s nothing but good news with regard to Ekeler.
