As a Wild Card, the Los Angeles Chargers were always a bit of a longshot to make it to the AFC Championship Game needing to win two games on the road to get there, and so now we are left with arguably the worst case scenario. The Kansas City Chiefs are hosting the New England Patriots this Sunday, and someone has to win.
These teams squared off once already in Foxboro, Massachusetts, and the Patriots came out on top 43-40. This rematch will, of course, be played in Arrowhead, and that rather obviously favors the Chiefs.
Now, there is no good option for who ends up representing the AFC in this year’s Super Bowl, but inevitably someone has to, and presumably we will all be watching the game. So, might as well root for one outcome or another.
Do you want to see the AFC West represented or do you want the Chargers division rival knocked off?
