Seattle Seahawks v San Diego Chargers

NFL Network’s Bucky Brooks on Chargers’ Casey Hayward: a “system corner” - Kyle Posey
Charger fans have seen first hand how valuable Hayward can be. He follows the other teams best receiver wherever he goes on the field. He doesn’t just follow him, he takes him away. He makes life easy on the defensive coordinator. Not to mention, his numbers. He led the league in interceptions two years ago and was second in passes defensed this year.

Five Fun Facts: Uchenna Nwosu - Hayley Elwood
Name a popular video game, and chances are, Nwosu plays it. Madden. Call of Duty. Fortnite. He also plays with some of his Chargers teammates. “I play with Cole Hunt. I play with Chris Durant.” As for who wins? According to Nwosu, it’s him.

Bolts Buzz: Kyle Emanuel Tours London - Rachel Gossen
Before the Chargers head to London to play the Titans in October, Kyle Emanuel jumped across the pond this past week for an early preview of the city’s sights on the NFL UK Summer Tour. Emanuel also spent time participating in the NFL Flag Summer Bowl, which 1,000 kids attended and played in.

Seahawks Notes: Thomas, Fluker, Fant, Hill - Sam Robinson

The Bolts drafted Derwin James and have Jahleel Addae on the books for three more seasons, but Brooks cites the need for a deep centerfielder-type safety nonetheless. And Thomas has a history with Los Angeles DC Gus Bradley.

Chargers GM Tom Telesco says Antonio Gates' return remains possibility - Eric Williams
"This team right now is in outstanding shape," Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn said last month on the final day of minicamp. "Our strength and conditioning staff has done a nice job with that, John Lott and Jonathan Brooks. We want to make sure we maintain that and sustain it."
