Defensive tackle Justin Jones and the Chargers made it official on Saturday as the two agreed to terms on a four-year contract. Jones joins LB Uchenna Nwosu, LB Kyzir White, G/C Scott Quessenberry, WR Dylan Cantrell, and RB Justin Jackson as the other Chargers’ draft picks that have signed their contracts.
First-round selection Derwin James is the only draft pick left unsigned.
Jones, a 6-foot-3, 309-pound defensive tackle was part of a star-studded defensive line that included three other players selected in the 2018 NFL Draft.
In his final collegiate season, Jones racked up 34 total tackles, 8.5 tackles-for-loss, and 2.5 sacks.
