2018 NFL Fan Vote Mock Draft - Indianapolis Colts Are on the Clock - Pick 6

NFL: Combine Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

You decided that having already “addressed quarterback” through free agency that the Broncos would instead turn toward their offensive line with their first pick. Quenton Nelson is now a Bronco and the Colts who traded back are up next.

First overall voting total: Cleveland Browns

Second overall voting total: New York Giants

Third overall voting total: New York Jets

Fourth overall voting total: Cleveland Browns

Fifth overall voting total: Denver Broncos

The Indianapolis Colts are now on the clock!

DB Minkah Fitzpatrick: The versatile defensive back would be a nice addition to a Colts defense that could certainly use him.

DB Derwin James: The same arguments that apply to Fitzpatrick also apply to James.

LB Tremaine Edmunds: Edmunds has a ridiculous combination of size and speed. He is 6’5”, 250 and had a 40-time in the 4.5 range.

LB Roquan Smith: He is smaller than Edmunds but is also freakishly athletic and will be a playmaker at the next level.

QB Baker Mayfield: The Colts have Andrew Luck, but he also did not play last year and his health is a question that has not been answered yet.

QB Josh Allen: Perhaps the Colts are in a mode where they have to think about life after Luck and Allen could be the answer.

CB Denzel Ward: Ohio State’s Ward is an explosive athlete and would certainly improve the cornerback rotation in Indianapolis.
