2018 NFL Fan Vote Mock Draft - Cleveland Browns Are on the Clock - Pick 4

NFL: Combine Brian Spurlock-USA TODAY Sports

Well, one New York team did not pass on a quarterback. The Jets have selected Josh Rosen of UCLA and now the Cleveland Browns will make their second pick of the first round.

First overall voting total: Cleveland Browns

Second overall voting total: New York Giants

Third overall voting total: New York Jets

The Cleveland Browns are now on the clock!

DE Bradley Chubb: Chubb is the consensus top pass rusher and he would pair nicely with last year’s top pick, Myles Garrett.

OG Quenton Nelson: Nelson is still arguably the best player on the board and he would help protect their first pick, Sam Darnold.

DB Minkah Fitzpatrick: He can play safety or corner and he is just a generally exciting player that a defensive coordinator can move around create problems with.

DB Derwin James: Another versatile defender, James is a dynamic playmaker that will make his new team better instantly.

LB Tremaine Edmunds: Edmunds has a ridiculous combination of size and speed. He is 6’5”, 250 and had a 40-time in the 4.5 range.

LB Roquan Smith: He is smaller than Edmunds but is also freakishly athletic and will be a playmaker at the next level.
