Chargers vs. Bengals inactives: Forrest Lamp is actually active

Today, the Los Angeles Chargers will take on the Cincinnati Bengals who will be without their starting quarterback Andy Dalton and their star wide out A.J. Green. Via the team’s official Twitter account, we now know who the Chargers will be without as well.

Melvin Gordon continues to miss time, but the emergence of Justin Jackson last week against the Pittsburgh Steelers means he likely will not be too badly missed today against the Bengals. Trevor Williams’ strange, disappointing season also continues as it has all year. He will e inactive. Rookie wide receiver, recently called up from the practice squad, Dylan Cantrell will be inactive. Brandon Mebane is still not ready to return.

In happier news, second-year offensive lineman Forrest Lamp is finally active again. Perhaps he will even find some playing time against a bad Bengals team. Regardless, it is nice to see him at least making the active roster again.
