After a historic comeback victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers, a handful of Bolts were named to Pro Football Focus’ Team of the Week, which recognizes players who were among the best at their position through all of the week 13 contests.

The first Charger to be recognized was wide receiver Keenan Allen who hauled in 14 catches for 148 yards and a touchdown on a whopping 19 targets. All those numbers were also season-highs for the Slayer as he single-handedly kept the chains moving all night long.

Left tackle Russell Okung was the other Boltnamed to the offensive team after he received a grade 82.9, good for second-best among the five offensive linemen named to the team.

Okung was rock-solid on the night as he played a major role in keeping Philip Rivers fairly clean throughout the night. He looked comfortable combating the multitude of blitzes and stunts thrown his way by the Steelers defense and that ability to give Rivers a little extra time in the pocket paid huge dividends by the end of the game.

The third and final Charger to be named to the weekly squad was cornerback Desmond King, who received an 85.6 game grade for his game-changing performance as a punt returner.

As the game momentum began to shift towards the Chargers following the tip-drill catch for a touchdown by Allen, the Chargers defense forced a quick three-and-out from the Steelers. With some room to spare following the catch, King made two quick cuts before turning on the jets around the right side and beating the entire Steelers coverage team to the pylon.

It was arguably the biggest play of the game as it allowed the Chargers to tie things up following their second-straight two-point conversion.
