Melvin Gordon to Return from Injury Week 16 After Apologizing to Fantasy Owners - Tim Daniels
"Melvin's practiced all week and he's doing fine," Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn told Ross Tucker of SiriusXM NFL Radio on Thursday. "I don't know that he's himself but he's going to play."

Los Angeles Chargers vs. Baltimore Ravens: Week 16 preview - Justin Urgo
Lamar Jackson, starting only five games, already has over 560 yards rushing and 800 yards passing. Those may not be mind-boggling stats, but the fact that you have to respect him as a runner just as much as you do a passer adds a ton of pressure to this Chargers defense.

NFL evaluators make picks on Week 16's best games - Mike Sando
"Jackson is basically playing a playoff game here, and I think it is going to be a little tough for him," this insider said. "The Chargers have speed on the edge that can actually get to him, whereas a lot of teams don't have that."

Chargers' Keenan Allen expected to play against Ravens - ESPN
"I don't want to get to the playoffs and be rusty," Gordon said. "I know Baltimore has a real good defense. It would have [been] good to hop back and knock some rust off against the Chiefs, but it's also a challenge to come knock some rust off against one of the best defenses in the league.

West Rumors: 49ers, Seahawks, Chargers - Dallas Robinson
While Wright is set to return to action in the near future, the same can’t be said for Chargers linebacker Kyzir White. Although White is eligible to come off injured reserve in time for the postseason, that course of action doesn’t appear likely, per Eric D. Williams of (Twitter link). A fourth-round rookie out of West Virginia, White had played extremely well in three NFL starts (especially in coverage) before going down with a knee injury. With both White and fellow ‘backer Denzel Perryman out for the year, Los Angeles has been deploying a single-LB defense, with only Jatavis Brown seeing more than 25% playtime over the past several weeks.
