The former NFL defensive lineman and New Orleans native, though, is viewed as a plus recruiter — particularly in the south — and spent three seasons with Oklahoma State and in 2016 coached Texas-San Antonio’s defensive linemen.

At 6-foot-2 and 216 pounds, Lauletta showed good footwork and movement skills inside the pocket. He also threw the ball well on the run, showed decisiveness in his reads and had good ball placement. Lauletta completed 8 of 12 passes for 198 yards and three touchdowns, earning the Most Outstanding Player of the game award. I like Lauletta as a Day 3 developmental prospect in this year’s draft and believe he would be a good fit for the Chargers’ offense.

NFL leading rusher Kareem Hunt averaged 164 rushing yards a contest in two wins for the Kansas City Chiefs over the Chargers.
