In a recent string of videos posted on Twitter, Los Angeles Chargers running back Melvin Gordon is seen working out with a number of other NFL athletes at the Blitz Football facility in Houston, Texas.
Blitz Football is owned and operated by a man known as the “Footwork King”, a local footwork, speed, and agility trainer who is regarded as one of the best in the business at his craft.
From high school players all the way to the pros, athletes come from around the country to take part in his unconventional, yet practical, drills in order to get a leg up on the competition.
Recent athletes to grace his facility have been Minnesota Vikings defensive back Trae Waynes, Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders, and Cincinnati Bengals linebacker PJ Dawson.

After a season cut short due to injury, it should be a refreshing sight for fans to see Gordon working diligently to build upon a campaign that saw him fall short of 1,000 by a mere three yards. At first glance, the hard work seems to be paying dividends.
