After Dark: Who is the scariest TV villain of all time?

After asking everyone their favorite television show last time around, I somehow turned that into a conversation about the scariest television villain of all time. For me, there is no debate. John Lithgow’s Arthur Mitchell from the TV show Dexter is by far the scariest villain on ever. The Trinity Killer was just so damn creepy and also a central character in the best season of a show that was damned enjoyable.

That said, I am sure I am forgetting a legitimate competitor for the title, so please share yours.
