We have all got that one food that when we eat it, some kind of thought along the line of “I really should not be eating this” pops into our heads. That thought is then usually followed by “Well I already started so I may as well just finish the whole thing”. I find myself thinking along these lines whenever I order a plate of the aussie cheese fries from Outback Steakhouse. They are incredibly unhealthy, but I love them anyway. All 1,218 calories and 1,783 mg of sodium of them. I don't really have an issue with eating some, the problem I have arises around the time of that second thought. Because I would eat that entire order if I allowed myself too.
What is that one food that you know you probably should not eat, but do anyway? Or do you just eat whatever you darn well please with no remorse? Let us know in the comments.
