Report: LaDainian Tomlinson Accepts Front Office Role With Los Angeles Chargers

NFL: Super Bowl LI-Opening Night Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Strangely enough, rumors of Melvin Ingram’s impending Franchise Tag might not actually take the cake with regard to Chargers news this Monday afternoon.

According to iHeartRADIO’s Fred Roggin, former Chargers legend and forthcoming NFL Hall of Fame Running Back Ladanian Tomlinson has accepted a front office position with the Chargers organization.

Since retiring, LT has kept himself in the public eye within the world of pro football by appearing as a guest commentator and analyst on the NFL Network since 2012. Tomlinson has used this platform to air a number of opinions, some of which have been fairly controversial and a few have been ill-advised, to say the least. Whether this suggests Tomlinson will be given some kind of significant role within the player personnel department is up for debate.

We here at Bolts From the Blue will keep you up to date as the situation develops.
